Appellation: Central Coast
Vineyard: With the breezes that keep grapes cool during the day and coastal weather to keep them warm at night, the Central Coast is one of the best-known regions for growing the Pinot grape. The climate slowly diffuses the sugars from the skins into the grapes and allows for gradual ripening, thereby creating wonderful Pinot Grigio flavors.
Fermentation: The grapes were fermented in upright stainless steel tanks at a cold temperature to retain aromatics and fruit flavors.
Aging: The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp, fruity character.
