The climate slowly diffuses the sugars from the skins into the grapes and allows for gradual ripening, thereby creating wonderful Pinot Grigio flavors.
Fermentation: The grapes were fermented in upright stainless steel tanks at a cold temperature to retain aromatics and fruit flavors.
Aging: The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp, fruity character.
